Welcome to Curious About (curiousabout.net). By creating an account, subscribing to our Creator Pass, or accessing our funnels, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Content Guidelines.

1. The Service & Creator Pass

Curious About provides a hosted micro-SaaS platform enabling digital creators to publish minimalist lead-generation funnels and sync subscribers to email marketing tools.

• Subscription & Automatic Renewal: The Creator Pass is billed at $5.00 USD per month on a recurring subscription basis automatically renewed each month until cancelled.
• Funnel Quota: Each active Creator Pass includes hosting and analytics for up to 3 independent creator funnels.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through the self-serve Stripe Customer Portal in your creator dashboard. Upon cancellation, your funnels remain active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• EU / UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal Waiver: Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by subscribing and requesting immediate access to your Creator Pass and funnel publishing capabilities, you acknowledge and agree that the supply of digital service begins immediately upon payment, and you expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once service performance has begun.
• Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Independent of the statutory waiver above, Curious About offers a voluntary, no-questions-asked 100% money-back guarantee within your first 14 days of subscription. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact support@curiousabout.net for a prompt refund.

2. Creator Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a creator using Curious About, you agree:

• To publish accurate information and maintain lawful privacy notices for your subscribers.
• Not to publish malicious, deceptive, illegal, or harassing material.
• Not to scrape, spam, or overload our infrastructure or third-party APIs.
• That you own or possess the rights to all avatar images, logos, and copy published on your funnels.

3. Data Processing & Creator Data Controller Status (DPA)

• Independent Data Controller: When visitors subscribe to your Curious About funnel, you (the Creator) act as the independent Data Controller under the GDPR and UK GDPR with respect to subscriber contact information. Curious About acts solely as a Data Processor providing hosting, automated safety screening, and automated API synchronization to your chosen email marketing provider (such as Brevo).
• Creator Warranties: As the Data Controller, you warrant and represent that: (a) you collect and process subscriber data with a valid legal basis (such as lawful, freely given, unambiguous consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) & Article 7); (b) your newsletter communications strictly comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and PECR); and (c) you provide subscribers with an easily accessible privacy notice and an effortless 1-click unsubscribe mechanism in all communications.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Curious About, its operators, and affiliates against any third-party claims, liabilities, or regulatory fines arising from your failure to maintain lawful subscriber consent or compliance.

4. Content Standards & Platform Safety Policy

Curious About funnels are designed to serve as high-converting, reliable links in bio on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X. To protect the deliverability, reputation, and verified standing of all creators across the network, you agree to adhere to universal audience standards across all public funnel fields:

• Titles & Handles: Must maintain brand-safe, respectful phrasing and avoid deceptive brand impersonation.
• Taglines & Bios: Text hosted on the public bio page must remain suitable for general audiences, avoiding fraudulent claims, unverified financial promises, or prohibited solicitations.
• Thank You Messages: Post-subscription confirmation messages must direct exclusively to legitimate, secure resources and must not initiate unauthorized redirects.
• Images & Avatars: Media displayed on the public bio container must adhere to universal audience standards and be free of infringing or harmful material.

Automated Protection: All submitted copy, handles, and images are screened in real-time by automated safety checks. Submissions that do not meet standard platform guidelines will be declined automatically during saving to protect creator links from delivery interruptions or account restrictions.

5. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Valid promotional codes applied during checkout or in your account provide the specified discount (percentage or fixed amount) for the duration stated at redemption. Curious About reserves the right to retire or modify expired promotional promotions.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Curious About is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or third-party service outages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
